Terroir : hard, compact sedimentary rock, where pebbles are mixed in a natural cement

50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan

Vinification/Ageing : in stainless steel tanks without sulphites. 25 mg/l SO2 at bottling only. (max authorized 100 mg/l de SO2 total) 

Tasting : The colour is dark garnet translucent. Gourmand nose, with raspberry, black cherry, cocoa and spices. The palate is round, ample, velvety, with a soft, finely pulpy texture, fresh and expressive fruit, very well-balanced. The finish reveals a tasty, spicy chew, with an even more expressive and greedy fruit, and a persistence on cocoa, pepper and laurel.
