Terroir : hard, compact sedimentary rock, where pebbles are mixed in a natural cement. 

Grenache, Syrah and Carignan

Vinification/Ageing : in stainless steel tanks without any input nor sulphites. 25 mg/l SO2 at bottling only (max authorized 100 mg/l de SO2 total) 

Tasting : The colour between raspberry and orange evokes a spritz, without the bubbles (or a Tavel). The nose is intense, vinous, with candied red fruit, orange and spices. The palate is slender, tense, delivering a concentrated, vinous, spicy aromas, succeeding in remaining brilliantly fresh. The finish is tonic, even more concentrated and vinous than the mouth, before a great freshness and exuberant fruit burst out, on a spicy background. A pure delight!
