Vinification/Ageing : in stainless steel tanks without any input nor sulphites. 40 mg/l SO2 at bottling only. (max. authorized 150 mg/l total SO2)

Tasting : The colour is light gold, brilliant. The nose is fine, intense, with candied yellow fruits, grilled almonds, honey and spices. The palate is round, bursting with freshness, with a pure, thirst-quenching substance .... and at the same time comfortable, ripe and generous. The whole forms a superlative balance. The tonic finish is just as fresh and generous, but adds beautiful bitters and a fine chew, on peach and apricot, white flowers, with a persistence on spicy notes.
